Tour no. K-0B120:Mikumi, Ruaha,Selous, Udzungwa, Uluguru Mountain and Dar Es Salaam
Day 1.
You will be met at Dar Airport and transferred to Movenpick Hotel in the City Centre for overnight. BB
Day 2.
After breakfast, drive to Mikumi National Park. Lunch at Vuma Hill Tented Camp. Afternoon game drive in Mikumi Park. Dinner and overnight at Vuma Hill Tented Camp or similar.
Day 3.
After breakfast, collect packed lunches and depart for a full day of game viewing in Mikumi Park. Late afternoon drive back to the Vuma Hill Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 4.
After breakfast, collect picnic lunches and drive to Udzungwa Muntains where you will have guided walks through the natural Tropical Rain Forest plus various Waterfalls & cataracts.
In the evening, staying for the night at Udzungwa Mountains Guest House.
Day 5.
After breakfast, drive to Ruaha National Park and visit Kalenga Village en route.
Late lunch at Ruaha River Lodge.
An afternoon of game-viewing.
Dinner and overnight at the Ruaha River Lodge or similar.
Days 6 & 07.
Two entire days of game viewing in Ruaha Park, famous for its herds of Elephants and Sable Antelopes. Meals and overnight at the Rufiji River Lodge or similar.
Day 8.
After breakfast, check out and depart for Morogoro. On the way, you will make a short visit of the Isimila Stone Age site. Packed Lunch at miday near the foot of the famous Kitonga Mountain. Soon after, continue to Morogoro town located on the foot of Uluguru Mountains. Dinner and overnight at Oasis Hotel.
Day 9.
After breakfast, continue to Selous Game Reserve. Packed lunches to be served at midday followed by an afternoon game drive. Late afternoon check-in at Rufiji River Camp where you will also take dinner.
Day 10.
Full day of game viewing in the Selous Game Reserve with packed lunches served in the middle of nowhere. Late afternoon drive back to the Rufiji River Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 11.
After breakfast, you will do a guided Walking Safari lasting for 2.5 to 3 hours. It is non-strenuous walk led by a Park Ranger Guide. An afternoon game drive.
Meals and overnight at Rufiji River Camp or similar.
Day 12
After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive.
Lunch at the Camp.
Afternoon boat safari along the mighty Rufiji River.
Dinner and overnight at Rufiji River Camp or similar.
Day 13.
After breakfast, check out, collect packed lunches and drive back to Dar es Salaam.
Late afternoon arrival in Dar
